Crucifixion of the Lord by the hand of Matthew Garrett, 2008This icon depicts Christ Crucified. On the one side we see the Theotokos being comforted by one of the Myrrhbearing women. On the other side, we see St. John the beloved disciple and St. Longinus the Centurion.
